SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery Area

We currently deliver to addresses within the UK mainland only. We're unable to ship to Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, BSPO, or international destinations.

We also cannot process orders to PO Box addresses.

Delivery Service

All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Signed For delivery, requiring a signature upon receipt. This typically takes 2-3 working days from dispatch, though delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Charges

Standard UK delivery: £8.50 per order

Order Processing

We process and dispatch orders Monday to Friday during office hours (9:00am - 5:00pm). Orders placed over the weekend or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

We'll email you when your order has been dispatched with tracking information so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Delivery Requirements

Please ensure someone is available to sign for your delivery. If no one is available, Royal Mail will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection.

Delivery Delays

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services or other circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, industrial action, or other force majeure events.

Missing or Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 working days at shop@cromlix.com or call 01786 820310. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
