Placing Your Order

When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. We'll send you an email confirming receipt of your order. Your order is only confirmed once we send you a dispatch confirmation email.

We process and dispatch orders Monday to Friday during office hours (9:00am - 5:00pm). Orders placed over the weekend or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

We retain the right to refuse any order, and all orders are subject to availability. If we're unable to fulfil your order, we'll contact you promptly.

You must be over 18 years of age to place an order with us.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable.

We accept payment via major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other payment methods as shown at checkout.

Payment is taken in full at the time you place your order.

While we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, errors can occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error after you've placed an order, we'll contact you to let you know. You'll then have the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.

Product Information

We take great care to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, please note that:

  • Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings
  • Images are for illustrative purposes and may show items in a lifestyle setting with additional props not included in the purchase
  • We reserve the right to make minor changes to product specifications without notice

If you have any questions about a product before purchasing, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers purchased from our online shop are subject to separate terms and conditions, which can be found on the gift voucher purchase page or provided with your voucher.

Please note: Cromlix gift vouchers are valid for accommodation, dining, and spa experiences at the hotel only. They cannot be used for purchases in our online shop.

Gift vouchers are typically valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and must be treated as cash. They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits our liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law

Subject to the above, our total liability to you for any losses arising from these Terms of Service or your purchase shall be limited to the price paid for the products in question.

We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, business, or opportunity.

Your Statutory Rights

These Terms of Service do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

When you place an order, the Terms of Service in effect at that time will apply to your purchase.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Scotland, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
