Years ago, people travelled to Cromlix to take the waters at a spring near Dunblane. That same mineral water is the foundation for our award-winning Cromlix Gin, drawn from the borehole on our estate and infused with hand-picked botanicals from the hotel's Kitchen Garden. Perfectly balanced and delicately crafted, our gin reflects the unique character of Cromlix and its exceptional Scottish countryside setting.

Tasting Notes - Delicate floral aromas with a hint of fennel on the nose. The palate offers a clean, light flavour with subtle notes of liquorice, leading to a dry, almost woody finish. Key botanicals from the Cromlix Estate include raspberry leaf and milk thistle.
